Skiller Staffing LLC in Illinois seeks an experienced Immigration Attorney to independently manage a diverse caseload, guide case strategy, and oversee client relationships.

The role covers family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian matters, coordinating with paralegals and intake staff to ensure accurate filings, compliance, and exceptional client service. Fluency in Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of immigration law experience.
• Substantial experience serving as attorney of record.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and make case strategy decisions.
• Strong client communication and case management skills.
• Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee an independent immigration caseload.
• Establish case acceptance and workflow standards.
• Handle Adjustment of Status, N 400, PERM, H 1B, and other nonimmigrant petitions.
• Manage USCIS follow up, including RFEs, expedites, and congressional inquiries.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide case strategy and guidance.
• Review and supervise case preparation and filings.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, compliance, and client service.
