Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our fast-growing team in Maryland or Florida. The ideal candidate will handle a substantial immigration caseload, maintain day-to-day client relationships, mentor paralegals, and meet critical deadlines in a high-volume practice.

The selected attorney should have a strong background in immigration law, excellent communication, leadership, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar license in good standing in any US state or PR.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and evaluate immigration relief options.
• Develop and oversee legal strategies for complex immigration cases from intake through resolution.
• Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff for quality case preparation and client service.
• Represent clients before Immigration Courts, USCIS, EOIR, ICE and other agencies.
