American Immigration Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced immigration attorney to counsel and prepare immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. You will review complex evidence, draft documentation, and manage filing deadlines for multiple clients in a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and active license in any US state, with at least 4 years of experience across major visa types. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe is expected.

Qualifikationen

• JD and current valid license in any US state.
• Passion for immigration law and a desire to work with employers on non-immigrant and immigrant petitions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English grammar must be excellent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with all phases of major employment-based visa types.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and other business software applications.

• Counsel and prepare immigrant and non-immigrant visas using VisaLex
• Review and proofread complex evidence and case documents
• Create, compile, and prepare all documentation for filing
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage case deadlines for multiple clients
• Visatype work includes EB-1/2/3, E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, dependent and derivative cases
• Assist with additional administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Draft and edit client Letters of Support for USCIS and DOL
