Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking an experienced immigration attorney to provide quality legal services to a large, diverse client base in a fast-paced, busy office in White Plains, NY. The role requires organization, meticulousness, and knowledge of immigration law, with bilingual ability considered a plus.

Candidate will attend client interviews and hearings in Immigration Court and at USCIS, and work closely with a team to deliver strong, client-focused representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal proceedings, including helping clients to prepare I-589 applications and collect supporting documents
• Advise clients regarding bond hearings and documents for upcoming hearings and interviews
• Assist clients to prepare and file I-601 Waivers, I-601A Waivers
• Applications for Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, I-130 Petitions, J-1, E-2, L-1A petitions, O-1 Petitions, EB-1 and NIV Waivers; H-1B Petitions and RFEs, Cancellation of Removal, U and T visas, VAWA, SIJ, PERM and more
