Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Imaging to develop, support, and maintain imaging IT applications that drive clinical and business objectives.

You will oversee VNA and enterprise imaging integrations, DICOM routing, voice dictation systems, and related IT workflows. The role requires hands-on hardware and software support, system monitoring, user management, and collaboration with clinicians and vendors to ensure uptime and accuracy of imaging

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Imaging IT.
• Through knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, post-processing applications, hardware, and related IT applications.
• Strong development, implementation, maintenance, user support and testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Hardware and software support for imaging IT applications and integrations.
• System monitoring and problem solving; coordinate with vendors for downtime solutions.
• User management, training, permissions, and schema corrections for studies and patient information.
• System configuration, upgrades, and coordination with vendors for connections and software updates.
• Customer service and communication with clients via phone, email, or in person; manage vendor relationships and small projects.
