Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS/CIS or related field with 8+ years in software development.
• Minimum five years leading projects with SDLC and technical direction.
• Two+ years in a technical leadership role; interaction with senior leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and specifications into software solutions.
• Leverage DEVOPS, Waterfall and Agile practices for enterprise applications.
• Provide technical expert guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Design, code, test and troubleshoot complex enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Support incident response, triage, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions align with architectural standards and best practices.
• Participate in all SDLC phases and ensure documentation quality.
