Job summary

Konfidi Health is seeking a Senior Enterprise Imaging Applications Analyst to join our Enterprise Imaging team as a full-time member. The role combines hands-on imaging IT with consulting capabilities to support clinicians, IT, and vendors.

The candidate will work with PACS, diagnostic viewers, VNA, workflow platforms, dictation, radiation dose tools, DICOM routing, image exchange, and AI applications, while providing Tier 2 support and project delivery across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare informatics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7+ years in Imaging IT, PACS, enterprise imaging, or clinical apps.
• Strong knowledge of DICOM and HL7; experience with interoperability workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical and application support for enterprise imaging systems.
• Troubleshoot complex interoperability, workflow, and performance issues.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support imaging acquisition and distribution workflows.
• Lead or participate in IT service management, SDLC, and change activities.
• Develop technical documentation and training for stakeholders.
