HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Manager Imaging Implementations to lead a team across a broad enterprise of hospitals, coordinating with vendors and customers to deploy new imaging IT systems.

You will drive project plans, ensure on-time delivery, manage budgets, and align business needs with technology capabilities while fostering a collaborative environment and proactive communication with stakeholders. With a focus on rapid integration of new EHR platforms, you will mentor analysts, oversee risk

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years of imaging implementation project management in healthcare required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
• Strong project management and leadership skills required.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team of Workflow Analysts, Systems Analysts, Integrations Analysts, and Migration Analysts.
• Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of new imaging products.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of imaging systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of imaging systems and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with imaging implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and vendor expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users.
• Communicate proactively with customers to provide status updates.
