SolutionHealth is seeking a Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging, to lead enterprise integration services and imaging platforms across the organization. You will oversee HL7, FHIR, API-based interoperability, and PACS, partnering with clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure high availability and secure data exchange.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with the Epic Radiant team to coordinate imaging workflows and integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 7 years IT or healthcare IT experience, with at least 3 years in service management, platform management, or digital workplace domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams with accountability in patient care and operations.
• Own operational health, reliability, and performance of services, aligned to portfolio priorities.
• Provide leadership for enterprise integration platforms and imaging infrastructure (HL7, FHIR, API, PACS).
• Coordinate with vendors on maintenance, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Lead design and support of interfaces across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary apps.
• Oversee incident response for integration and imaging, with rapid triage and resolution.
• Ensure major incident management practices for clinical systems and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data exchange and imaging operations.
• Improve interface monitoring, alerting, and error handling for reliability.
• Direct and develop teams with accountability and psychological safety.
