Job description

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to join our growing technical team, supporting advanced medical imaging systems across the Houston region. This is a hands‑on role responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of diagnostic imaging equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring system uptime, performance reliability, and high levels of customer satisfaction across hospital and clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain medical imaging systems within your assigned region
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults
• Perform preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks
• Complete detailed service documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience servicing or installing medical imaging equipment
• Strong working knowledge of multi‑modality imaging equipment
• Experience with Big Iron systems is desirable
• Exposure to CT, MR, X‑Ray, and Nuclear Medicine modalities
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently
