Job summary

Brainlab is seeking an on-site consultant to support physicians and OR personnel, maximizing Image Guided Surgery (IGS) efficiency. You will analyze regional system issues, provide technical training, and serve as the primary customer liaison to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth.

In this role, you will educate hospital staff on Brainlab products and services, collaborate with regional account managers, and mentor junior consultants while promoting best practices across regions.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business (Management/Information Systems) or engineering fields.
• Minimum 2 years in technical support for a healthcare company or provider.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR personnel during surgery to maximize IGS efficiency.
• Evaluate options and solve regional system issues through detailed analysis.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on IGS products and services.
• Act as primary customer liaison and manage site visits, satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify sales leads and regional gaps in knowledge.
• Mentor new and existing Application Consultants and conduct on-site clinical evaluations.
