Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians during surgery.
• Manage and maintain install base including integrations.
• Analyze and resolve product issues for Brainlab systems.
• Utilize engineering expertise for quality improvements.
• Provide support for clinical cases and Go Live launches.
• Educate hospital personnel on Image Guided Surgery products.
• Develop training programs for hospital staff.
• Act as primary customer liaison and assess satisfaction.
• Work with consultants to increase revenue from sales.
• Attend meetings to promote IGS products.
