DCS Corporation in Ridgecrest, CA seeks an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Fleet Introduction Analyst to support the F/A-18 and EA-18G Advanced Weapons Laboratory (AWL) at NAWS China Lake. You will assist PMAs, Product Leads, Release Managers and SCS stakeholders in troubleshooting fleet issues, collecting data, and validating configurations.

Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally, to participate in fleet support events and technical reviews.

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist PMAs, Product Leads, Release Managers and SCS stakeholders in troubleshooting fleet issues and fleet configurations.
• Execute Fleet Support actions for Hornet Hotline trouble tickets (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Support ILSMTs, MELRs, and T&E Summits to discuss system anomalies.
• Collect data to verify error codes and validate configurations for fleet issues.
• Participate in SCS Milestones, development team meetings and other technical meetings as required.
• Ensure Software Configuration Manuals (SCM) for F/A-8 A-D and E/F & G are quality assured with SMEs for accuracy with each delivery of new software.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, emerging project requirements, and feedback from stakeholders.
