New Directions Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Fleet Introduction Analyst to support the F/A-18 and EA-18G AWL at NAWS China Lake.

The role involves troubleshooting fleet issues, coordinating with PMA, Release Managers, and SCS stakeholders, and executing fleet support actions for Hornet Hotline tickets across CONUS/OCONUS. Travel up to approximately 20% domestically and internationally is required.

• Ability to plan work, track actions and deliverables, and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs to stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support PMA, Product Leads, Release Managers and SCS stakeholders in troubleshooting fleet issues.
• Assist in SCS validations & verifications aboard NAWS China Lake and fleet locations.
• Execute fleet support actions for Hornet Hotline tickets (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Support ILSMTs, MELRs, and T&E Summits to discuss system anomalies.
• Verify error codes and configurations for fleet issues.
• Participate in SCS milestones and technical meetings.
• Ensure SCM quality assurance with system SMEs for new software deliveries.
