Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Fleet Introduction Analyst to support F/A-18 and EA-18G AWL at NAWS China Lake. You will work with PMAs, Product Leads, and Release Managers to ensure successful introduction and sustainment of software capabilities to the fleet. Responsibilities include trend analysis of anomalies, coordination across teams, and preparation of status reports for decision-makers.

Travel up to ~15% may be required. U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required for duration of employment.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, track and communicate status, risks and needs.
• Willingness to travel non-local domestic and foreign travel up to ~15%.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Familiarity with NAVAIR acquisitions IPTs (desired).
• Experience interfacing with OEM PMs and Logistics Elements Managers (desired).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track Hornet Hotline anomalies and fleet requests.
• Prepare clear, timely status reports for decision-making.
• Coordinate issue resolution across technical and logistics teams.
• Develop two-week lookahead schedules for system integration testing.
• Support SCS validations & verifications aboard NAWS China Lake and fleet locations.
• Arrange travel via DTS and process vouchers within 5 days of return.
• Collect data from fleet events and create trend analysis reports.
• Produce trip reports and Monthly Status Reports for leadership.
• Draft status briefings for internal and external release.
• Support discussions with stakeholders on fleet system anomalies.
• Respond to fleet issues reported through Hornet Hotline and related tools.
