Job summary

Guidehouse in Washington, DC seeks a senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Architect to lead design and implementation of Okta OIG-based solutions, RBAC/ABAC, and SoD controls. You will drive SCIM/API integrations, define data models, and mentor cross-functional teams in a Zero Trust aligned architecture.

Requirements include 8+ years in identity/security architecture, Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and hands-on Okta OIG experience.

Qualifications

Eight+ years of experience in identity/security architecture.
Solutions architect focus on IGA/ICAM design.
Hands-on with Okta OIG or similar IGA platforms.
Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and lifecycle concepts.
SCIM/API-based identity integrations with enterprise systems.
Define identity data models and normalization rules.
Lead architecture reviews and cross-functional discussions.
Understand Zero Trust in identity architectures.
US Citizenship required and active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Architect identity governance solutions using OIG to support lifecycle workflows.
Design RBAC/ABAC models and SoD structures with governance workflows.
Architect SCIM/API integrations for secure provisioning/deprovisioning.
Define schemas, normalization rules, and automation patterns.
Lead design reviews and integration strategy discussions.
Ensure alignment with Zero Trust principles.
Collaborate with security, application, and infra teams to translate requirements into IGA solutions.
