Job summary

KBR—a global technology, engineering and solutions provider—seeks a Program Manager for National Security Solutions. The role drives complex programs under an IDIQ contract, overseeing planning, staffing, risk, and customer engagement to ensure delivery of technical, schedule, cost, and contractual objectives.

The position is contingent on contract award and requires leading cross-functional teams across government and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years in managing programs, contracts, or large technical efforts.
• Experience with IDIQ task orders and government stakeholders.
• Experience supporting proposal development and competitive pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IDIQ Contract Manager for overall contract administration and performance.
• Lead Task Order Program Manager activities across multiple orders.
• Direct program budgets, staffing, and risk management.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and customer communications.
• Support business development through opportunities and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and organizational policies.
• Apply PM skills to corporate requirements and transition planning.
