Job summary
Softchoice is seeking a Senior Identity and Messaging Consultant within the Professional Services organization to consult with enterprise and public sector clients on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange engagements. You will lead the service delivery functions and technical teams involved with planning, setup, configuration, and admin of AD, M365, Exchange, and migration management solutions.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience with Active Directory, M365, and Exchange.
- Experience leading professional services teams and delivering complex solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with related teams on AD, M365, Exchange, and migration projects including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security policy design, administration, and user training.
- Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams per contract SLAs.
- Mentor Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
- Advise on, implement, and manage complex solutions and service deployments for clients.
- Pursue relevant certifications and vendor training for AD, M365, Exchange, Quest, and Bit Titan.
