Job summary

Softchoice in Texas is seeking a Senior Identity and Messaging Consultant within the Professional Services group to lead delivery of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and migration management projects for enterprise and public sector clients.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high value outcomes while pursuing relevant certifications. Travel up to 10% and a strong customer-focused mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years in a client-facing professional services role, or 7+ years in related industry experience
• Updated certifications: Active Directory, M365 Fundamentals, M365 Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, Windows Server Hybrid (core/advanced), On-Demand Migration for M365/AD, ITIL v4 Foundation

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and technical teams for planning, setup, configuration, and administration of AD, M365, Exchange, and migrations
• Collaborate with internal teams, external users, and vendors on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams per SLA
• Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers and Technicians on technical and soft skills
• Serve as technical authority and advisor for complex deployments and client engagements
• Pursue relevant certifications and vendor training for AD, M365, Exchange, Quest, and Bit Titan
• Represent Softchoice at trade shows and events, providing technical expertise and guidance
