Softchoice is seeking a Senior Microsoft Security Consultant to lead identity management and workplace security deployments for enterprise and public sector clients. You will drive service delivery, guide technical teams, and advise on complex configurations across Defender, Sentinel, and cloud security.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, customer engagement, and ongoing certification growth within a dynamic, customer-centric Professional Services organization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering identity management and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience leading service delivery and technical teams.
• Strong customer interaction and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MS Security/Identity Management implementations, including design and configuration.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and Microsoft representatives on deployments.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers and Technicians in technical and soft skills.
• Act as technical expert for complex solutions and client deployments.
• Pursue relevant certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Security and Identity Management.
• Represent Softchoice at trade shows and speaking engagements.
