Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on architecture experience with SailPoint ISC.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and governance.
• Experience designing enterprise solution architectures that integrate cloud platforms and data sources.
• Ability to connect identity architecture with data, analytics, automation, and user experience needs.
• Experience leading architecture across multiple product, platform, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the target architecture and technical roadmap for an identity platform.
• Design SailPoint ISC connectivity with external platforms and enterprise apps.
• Define scalable patterns for identity data ingestion, governance, and reuse.
• Shape identity-focused AI use cases and agentic workflows.
• Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and guide teams.
