Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Principal Architect to define the solution architecture for a modern identity lifecycle management ecosystem. This role blends SailPoint Identity Security Cloud mastery with enterprise architecture, data strategy, analytics, and user-centered design to enable scalable, secure access across the organization.

You will own the architecture roadmap, connect identity data with analytics platforms like Databricks, guide cross‑functional teams, and shape AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on architecture experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access provisioning.
• Designs enterprise solutions integrating cloud platforms, apps, data sources, and security.
• Deep understanding of how identity data moves between systems.
• Experience designing data platforms, lakes, fabrics, and analytics foundations.
• Ability to connect identity architecture with data, automation, and UX needs.
• Ability to document decisions and guide cross-functional teams.
• Senior technical leader in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the target architecture and technical roadmap for the enterprise identity platform built around SailPoint ISC.
• Design how SailPoint ISC connects with external platforms, apps, data sources, and identity services.
• Define scalable patterns for identity data ingestion, governance, and reuse across ecosystems.
• Guide the development of an identity data lake and fabric for analytics and UX capabilities.
• Collaborate with security, data, engineering, and business partners to align architecture with priorities.
• Communicate complex decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders across teams.
