Job summary

Identity Fusion seeks a Senior Consultant to lead the design and delivery of identity and access management solutions built on Ping One Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC). The role is primarily remote with periodic travel and requires translating business needs into technical designs for enterprise clients.

You will own solution architecture, oversee end-to-end delivery, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant IAM solutions across multiple tenants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM consulting or engineering.
• At least 3+ years working with AIC in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, WS-Fed, Kerberos, and FIDO2/WebAuthn.
• Understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, Zero Trust, lifecycle management.
• REST/SOAP APIs and scripting/programming languages (JavaScript/Groovy).
• Comfort with SaaS deployments, multi-tenant environments, and CI/CD for IAM configuration-as-code.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to work remotely with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and deployment of AIC solutions including journeys and policies.
• Act as senior technical lead across engagements from discovery to go-live.
• Architect and implement SSO, MFA, federation and passwordless auth across apps.
• Design identity lifecycle processes and integrate with upstream/downstream systems.
• Integrate AIC via REST/SOAP, SCIM and custom connectors; script platform capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentor junior consultants.
• Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks and configuration standards.
• Maintain post-deployment performance and advise on tuning and roadmap.
