Job summary

Identity Fusion is seeking a Senior Consultant to design and deliver IAM solutions on the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC). The role is largely remote with periodic travel to client sites, requiring strong communication with executives and hands-on configuration with a focus on security, scalability and ongoing optimization.

You will own solution architecture, mentor junior team members and collaborate across Fortune 500 clients to drive business value through identity and access management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM consulting or engineering experience, including at least 3+ years with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) in production.
• Strong experience leading full-lifecycle AIC engagements from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Proficiency with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, WS-Fed, Kerberos and FIDO2/WebAuthn.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and deployment of AIC solutions including orchestration, authentication trees and authorization policies.
• Serve as the senior technical lead on client engagements, owning delivery from design to cutover.
• Architect and implement SSO, MFA, federation and passwordless authentication across web, mobile and native apps.
• Design and manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) with upstream/downstream integrations.
• Integrate AIC with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM; extend platform with scripting (JavaScript/Groovy).
• Advise clients on IAM best practices, Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, and cloud vs self-managed deployments.
• Troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues; perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks and configuration standards; transfer knowledge to client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery methodologies and reusable assets.
• Monitor performance post-deployment and suggest tuning or roadmap improvements.
