Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to enable customers to integrate Identity and Security solutions. You will work within the Implementation & Technical Services team, partnering with large customers and their engineering teams to design, implement, and optimise integrations across Entrust's APIs and SDKs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Hands-on software development experience with Kotlin and Swift; able to troubleshoot mobile integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements, delivering Entrust's services packages.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Entrust, you will play a critical role in enabling customers to successfully integrate Entrust's Identity and Security solutions into their platforms and business processes. Working within our Implementation & Technical Services (Professional Services) team, you will partner with some of Entrust's largest, most strategic, and high-profile customers, working directly with their engineering and technical teams to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations across Entrust's APIs and SDKs. You will act as a trusted technical advisor from project kickoff through launch, helping customers solve complex technical challenges while ensuring the successful delivery of business-critical identity and security solutions. This is a senior, customer-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently lead multiple complex implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a software development background and enjoy working directly with customers to solve technical challenges and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through design, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to review implementation approaches, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on integrating Entrust solutions via REST APIs, mobile SDKs, and web SDKs.
• Analyse logs, API traffic, and customer code to identify root causes and accelerate issue resolution.
• Recommend best practices to improve integration performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops, implementation reviews, and troubleshooting sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodologies, best practices, and customer enablement resources.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills

• 7+ years' experience in Systems Integration, Software Engineering, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols, and modern cloud-based SaaS architectures.
• Hands-on software development experience, including working with languages such as Kotlin and Swift, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug mobile application integrations using tools such as Android Studio and Xcode IDE.
• Proven ability to work directly with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyse logs and API traffic, review implementation approaches, and guide customers through resolution.
• Experience leading enterprise implementation projects through onboarding, testing, deployment, and go-live activities whilst managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent engagements.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web integration concepts, including API consumption, SDK implementation, data handling, and authentication workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience

Exposure to Identity Verification, Digital Identity, Cyber Security, Authentication, Fraud Prevention, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.

Knowledge of additional programming, scripting, and web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, XML, CSS, and HTML.

Proficiency with integration, debugging, and diagnostic tools such as Postman, Browser Developer Tools, API monitoring platforms, and mobile device logs.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and enterprise software deployment practices.

Additional European language skills, particularly French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
