Global Payments is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner, IAM Emerging Tech, to drive the vision and delivery of next-generation identity capabilities across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex Identity and Access Management and security product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise across IAM domains including authentication, authorization, identity governance and administration, privileged access management, directory services, machine identity and modern identity protocols.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions within security or identity environments, including governance, risk management, automation and performance measurement.
• Strong product leadership with ability to build business cases, define objectives and key results, prioritize roadmaps and drive alignment from strategy to execution.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to translate complex concepts into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term IAM product strategy, delivering a multi-year roadmap that reduces security risk and enables scalable digital growth.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered identity capabilities to improve governance, automation, and decision-making while maturing the identity program.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of strategic identity initiatives, aligning Security, Engineering, Compliance, Data and Business teams.
• Establish data-driven visibility into identity risk with actionable insights for informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Champion innovative and friction-right identity experiences balancing security, compliance, and usability for global adoption.
