Job summary

Bally’s Intralot in Atlanta seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to strengthen our IT infrastructure by owning the One Identity Manager platform and expanding secure identity services across the enterprise.

You will lead onboarding for merged entities, automate lifecycle provisioning, RBAC, and directory sync, while collaborating with HR, IT, and business units to implement governance, audits, and continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, security, or IAM with hands-on engineering.
• Strong One Identity Manager administration and workflows.
• Experience with Entra ID and Active Directory in hybrid environments.
• Identity lifecycle automation, provisioning/de-provisioning, RBAC.
• Relevant IAM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage One Identity Manager as the central IAM platform.
• Lead onboarding for merged entities: identity lifecycle, provisioning, RBAC, directory sync.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to implement IAM workflows.
• Maintain integrations with Entra ID, AD, HR systems, SaaS apps, ITSM.
• Manage RBAC and PAM for least-privilege access.
• Support M&A integrations into central IAM platform.
• Act as escalation point for IAM incidents and operations.
• Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and governance records.
• Support access reviews, audits, and continuous improvements.
