You will oversee authentication, authorization, profile management, and recertification processes, driving maturity through platforms and process refinement.

The role acts as primary contact for access provisioning and governance across the organization. You will expand adoption of an IGA solution, promote centralized access management, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field
• 5+ years of IAM experience
• 5+ years of maintaining Active Directory and IAM solutions
• 4+ years with IAM tools (Saviynt, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or equivalent)
• 5+ years in highly regulated industry
• Experience in airline sector is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM/IGA program development and roadmap
• Manage onshore/offshore IAM team resources
• Oversee access governance, password, and lockout controls
• Ensure security policies and controls are implemented
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy IAM/IGA solutions
• Deliver end-to-end IAM/IGA projects and audits
