Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking an experiencedIdentity Governance Engineer to design and implement governance for access across cloud and on‑prem tools.

You will build entitlement models, role graphs, and automation for reviews, leveraging Veza, Lumos and Okta, while partnering with Security, IT and product teams. You will govern non-human identities, manage lifecycle attestations, and drive continuous governance across platforms with strong emphasis on least privilege and compliant evidence for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in identity and access governance.
• Experience with SSO, OIDC, SAML, SCIM and MFA patterns.
• Governing non-human identities (service accounts, API keys).
• Ability to design automated access reviews and audit-ready evidence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity governance tooling and workflows.
• Define access request governance across privileged systems and monitor bypass detection.
• Develop entitlement models and role graphs for least privilege.
• Automate joiner/mover/leaver processes with remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture, Product Security and IT to ensure governance by design.
