Job summary

ServiceTitan seeks an expert in identity governance to design and implement access controls across cloud and SaaS platforms. You will build scalable processes for access reviews, entitlement modeling, and lifecycle automation, working with Veza, Okta, and Lumos to safeguard enterprise data.

You will collaborate with Security, Corporate Engineering, and Product Security to ensure continuous governance and audit-ready evidence, including AI-related identity controls.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in identity governance and access management.
Proven ability to design and automate access review programs at scale.
Familiarity with enterprise IAM patterns (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and least-privilege modelling.

Responsibilities

Engineer identity governance tooling and standards for access reviews.
Define authentication/authorization design with SSO, MFA, and patterns.
Build entitlement models and role-based/just-in-time access controls.
Automate evidence collection for audits (SOX, PCI, ISO 27001).
Collaborate across security and engineering teams on lifecycle governance.
Develop non-human identity governance and AI security workflows.
