ServiceTitan is seeking an Identity Governance Engineer to design and operate governance for access across critical systems. You will shape entitlement models, role-based access controls, and automation of reviews to support enterprise-scale security.

Join a team that collaborates with Corporate Security, Security Architecture, and IT to implement governance across Okta, Veza, and Lumos, while ensuring audit-ready evidence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in identity and access with governance background.
• Experience with SSO, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, and least privilege.
• Familiarity with Veza, Lumos, and Okta for lifecycle orchestration.
• Automation scripting (Python/Go) to automate access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define governance patterns for access request workflows across systems.
• Design authentication and authorization standards (SSO, MFA, OIDC/SAML/SCIM).
• Develop entitlement models and role-based access controls.
• Automate access review workflows and evidence collection.
