Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking an experienced identity governance engineer to design and implement governance for enterprise access across cloud environments, data systems, and AI agents. You will work with InfoSec and Corporate Security to ensure evidence, audits, and compliance are baked into governance processes.

You will define roles, implement least-privilege models, automate access reviews, and advance non-human identity governance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define governance requirements and design patterns for access workflows across privileged systems.
• Build and maintain identity governance tooling, automation, and evidence for audits.
• Develop entitlement models and role-based access controls for non-human identities (service accounts, AI agents).
• Collaborate with Corporate Security to ensure continuous governance and risk-based access management.
