Job summary

Reserv is hiring a senior IAM security engineer to own identity lifecycle, access controls, and governance across our cloud platforms. You will implement least-privilege, run risk-based reviews, and lead insider-threat investigations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in cybersecurity with 4+ in IAM, strong Okta expertise, and hands-on scripting in Python/PowerShell. This role supports remote work nationwide with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity or a related role with 4+ focusing on IAM.
• Experience with Okta as the identity source of truth.
• Exposure to cloud IAM in AWS and RBAC/ABAC design.
• Strong scripting in Python or PowerShell and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end identity lifecycle for employees, contractors, and adjusters.
• Manage access certifications and enforce least privilege.
• Just-in-time elevation across Okta, AWS, and platforms.
• Identify anomalies and coordinate investigations of insider threats.
• Support SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and state data-security compliance.
• Mentor reviewers to scale access hygiene across teams.
