Newell Brands, a leading consumer goods innovator, seeks a Senior Ideation Facilitator to design and run high-impact ideation sessions across multiple brands. You will leverage Gen AI and advanced collaboration tools to unlock growth, accelerate decisions, and seed concepts into development pipelines.

The role combines expert facilitation, AI-native methods, and cross-functional collaboration, demanding strong storytelling and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Innovation Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years experience in innovation, design or adjacent roles with a heavy facilitation remit.
• Demonstrated expertise planning and leading cross-functional workshops and design sprints.
• Strong command of human-centered design and problem-framing methods; able to select and sequence the right tools for the job.
• Proven track record converting workshop outputs into funded projects or measurable business impact.
• Exceptional verbal and visual storytelling; comfortable simplifying complexity and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and creation tools (Miro/ Figma/Adobe CC etc). Advocacy and expertise with Gen AI creative tools (Midjourney, Vizcom, Chat GPT etc) is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; Strong presentation skills; High energy.
• Able to travel at least once per quarter.

Responsabilidades

• Plan & Facilitate: Architect end-to-end sessions using Gen AI tailored to brand needs.
• Program Management: Manage facilitation demand, scoping, scheduling and logistics.
• Outcomes & Decisioning: Drive crisp decisions and ownership post-session.
• Consumer Integration: Integrate consumer insights and co-creation into frameworks.
• Methodology & Toolkits: Evolve facilitation playbooks and templates in Miro/Mural/FigJam.
• AI Native Methodology: Develop AI Agent teams to accelerate ideation.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: Align with Brand, Design, R&D, Insights and Front End Innovation.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs and iterate operating model.
• Storytelling & Artifacts: Produce gen AI imagery, prototypes and roadmaps.
• Culture Carrier: Create inclusive spaces for diverse perspectives.
