Job summary

Centric Brands seeks a Senior Manager, Creative Technology & AI Transformation to turn ambitious ideas into scalable programs. You will partner across Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Studio and Technology to redesign workflows and move solutions from pilot to production.

Your leadership will drive adoption, governance and rollout strategies, connecting platforms with people to deliver measurable business value in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technology transformation or programs.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle ownership.
• Fluency with generative AI and creative technology.
• Strong change management and enablement instincts.
• Process design and future-state mapping capability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Tech, Legal, Security, Data and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into structured programs from discovery to rollout.
• Redesign workflows to connect people, platforms and data.
• Support rollout of generative AI, 3D and creative platforms.
• Evaluate AI/creative tools with defined use cases and pilots.
• Drive adoption via rollout strategies, onboarding and training.
• Bridge platforms and users, managing escalations and enablement.
