Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Senior ICT Test Engineer to define and execute ICT test strategy in a Kentucky manufacturing environment. You will lead design, development, and deployment of automated ICT systems for both under hood and in-cabin electronics, ensuring high yields and reliability.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with design, NPI and manufacturing teams, and drive continuous improvement in test coverage, automation, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of ICT test engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ICT platforms such as Keysight 3070 or Teradyne TestStation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate automated ICT test systems for assemblies.
• Create test procedures, fixtures, and software to support production.
• Implement DFT strategies with product development teams.
• Lead troubleshooting, data analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.
