Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is hiring a Senior ICT/Technology Consultant to lead ICT projects from concept to completion. You will design, execute, and manage telecommunications, audiovisual, and security design while mentoring team members and building strong client relationships.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and an RCDD credential, with a strong ownership mindset. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with two in-office days per week across U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT/technology consulting or related fields.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) credential.
• Strong ownership mindset and standards adherence.
• Excellent technical competency and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction and renovations.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design; provide guidance and reviews.
• Prepare Division 27 and 28 specifications, docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement of design standards.
