Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Principal Consultant for APAC Professional Services to lead high-impact ICS/OT security engagements, directing architecture reviews, threat assessments, and executive-level advisories across critical infrastructure sectors. You will translate deep technical expertise into strategic guidance for engineering, operations, and business leaders.

You will mentor peers, influence product and services through research, and travel for onsite engagements as needed, shaping long-term

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including OT/ICS leadership and delivering complex professional services or consulting engagements.
• Deep expertise in ICS/OT cybersecurity, architectures, threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, frameworks and standards.
• Extensive hands-on experience in industrial environments with ability to advise at technical and enterprise levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive deliverables and strategic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ICS/OT Professional Services engagements, including architecture reviews and advanced threat assessments.
• Act as principal SME and trusted advisor for strategic consulting clients, building long-term executive relationships.
• Deliver high-quality findings, risk narratives, and strategic recommendations to customers and leadership.
• Guide SOW development, ROE, and governance to align with objectives and standards.
• Translate engagement insights into research initiatives influencing Dragos technology and services.
• Drive continuous improvement of consulting workflows, delivery models, and impact.
• Represent Dragos as a senior thought leader through webinars, papers, and events.
• Mentor teammates and support growth of the Professional Services group.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and long-term customer success.
