Job summary

USfalcon is seeking an ICBM SME to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role provides authoritative expertise on ICBM and space operations to assess deterrence effectiveness and advise senior leadership.

Responsibilities include developing MOEs/MOPs, participating in staff planning, and delivering graduate-level briefings and analyses for senior leaders. A Master’s degree, JPME Phase 2, and Top Secret/SCI clearance are required along with 15+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of practical ICBM and Space experience.
• Experience at senior DoD/Joint Staff level or equivalent (Office of the Secretary of War, Joint Staff, Combatant Command).
• Strong analytic writing and briefing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ICBM and space operations to assess deterrence effectiveness and risk.
• Develop MOEs/MOPs for campaign and risk assessments.
• Participate in USSTRATCOM, CCMD, and Joint Staff planning and analyses.
• Produce CCMD-quality commander's estimates and mission analyses.
• Brief senior leaders with findings and recommendations.
