Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP seeks an experienced ICBM SME to support USSTRATCOM's JETARS contract. The role focuses on land-based nuclear forces, space operations, and strategic deterrence, providing authoritative analysis and senior-level briefings to national security leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of ICBM/space experience, JPME Phase II, and a top-secret/SCI mindset to campaign-level risk assessments and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of combined ICBM and space operations experience as a commissioned officer.
• Minimum 3 years at senior level (OSD/Joint Staff/Combatant Command/MAJCOM).
• Master's degree or higher and JPME Phase II required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct graduate-level analysis of USSTRATCOM core missions, emphasizing the land-based nuclear triad.
• Develop and refine MOEs and MOPs to support campaigns and risk assessments.
• Serve as a senior operations assessment SME on planning teams and campaigns.
• Analyze PMESII factors to assess progress toward deterrence objectives and risk.
• Produce command-level estimates, mission analyses, and strategic assessments.
• Deliver senior-level briefings to leadership and coordinate with Joint Staff and other stakeholders.
