Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field; US or equivalent.
• 9+ years of related work experience with a BS, or 14+ with equivalent.
• Experience with MBSE and DOORS/MSOSA.
• Experience in flight control systems or similar high-assurance environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware/software requirements using MBSE and DOORS/MSOSA
• Develop and execute test procedures and analyze data
• Troubleshoot flight control systems and maintain test equipment
• Prepare reports and briefings for stakeholders
• Collaborate to improve system reliability and document controls
• Review/update technical drawings and processes
• Identify design improvements for sustainment
