Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience with bachelor’s degree.
• Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience with bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for hardware or software using MBSE and DOORS.
• Develop and execute test procedures and analyze data to validate requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with flight control systems.
• Support maintenance of automated test equipment.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reliability and actions.
• Review and maintain technical documentation including drawings and processes.
• Identify opportunities for design improvement and test efficiency.
