Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) seeks a Systems Engineer to support the DLA ICAM program. You will plan, implement, and integrate ICAM solutions across enterprise systems, providing hands‑on engineering, guidance, and testing support to ensure compliant authentication and access management.

Responsibilities include configuring ICAM integrations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with IAM, cybersecurity, and application teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in systems engineering.
5+ years implementing ICAM/IDAM solutions.
Experience integrating applications with ICAM/IDAM services.
Proficiency in system configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong technical documentation and test artifact development.

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on engineering support to DLA teams deploying ICAM solutions.
Plan, configure, and integrate ICAM with enterprise apps and systems.
Assist onboarding and integration with identity and access services.
Evaluate hardware/OS/software for ICAM compliance.
Troubleshoot ICAM implementations and integrations.
Contribute to R&D to improve ICAM environment and security.
Develop technical specs, project plans, and test results.
Support testing and document results.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, cybersecurity, IAM/ICAM staff, and stakeholders.
Communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Report project scope, risks, and status to teams.
