Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) is seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to support the DLA ICAM program, focusing on planning, implementing, and integrating ICAM solutions across enterprise systems and applications.

The role involves technical guidance, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring compliance with ICAM requirements, while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver secure identity and access management across the environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
5+ years implementing and integrating ICAM/IDAM solutions.
Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with ICAM/IDAM services.
Experience with system configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and testing.
Experience developing technical documentation, implementation plans, configurations, test plans, and test results.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to DLA teams implementing ICAM solutions.
Plan, configure, and integrate ICAM with DLA enterprise apps.
Support onboarding and integration with identity and access services.
Evaluate hardware and software for ICAM compliance.
Troubleshoot ICAM implementation and authentication issues.
Participate in R&D to improve the ICAM environment.
Develop specs, project plans, configurations, implementation docs, test plans, and results.
Support system and user acceptance testing and document results.
Collaborate with developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity, IAM/ICAM teams, and DLA stakeholders.
Communicate project scope, status, risks, and technical issues to teams.
