Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the DLA ICAM program, planning, implementing, and integrating ICAM solutions across enterprise systems and applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role providing technical guidance, troubleshooting integration issues, supporting configurations and testing, and ensuring components meet ICAM requirements. Collaboration with IAM/ICAM teams and DLA stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years implementing and integrating ICAM/IDAM solutions.
• Hands-on integration of ICAM/IDAM with enterprise applications.
• Experience in configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• DoD 8140 Baseline Certification for IAT Level II and active DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and hands-on engineering for ICAM deployments.
• Plan, configure, and integrate ICAM with DLA enterprise apps.
• Support onboarding and integration of identity and access services.
• Evaluate systems for ICAM compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot ICAM implementations and related authentication issues.
• Develop technical specs, project plans, and test results.
• Collaborate with developers, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
