Job summary

Digital Global Connectors (DGC) seeks a seasoned ICAM Controls Subject Matter Expert to support the DoD ICAM program in SOC 1 audit-readiness. You will evaluate identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and privileged-access governance, translating complex setups into clear audit narratives for IPA review.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Okta IdP and SailPoint IdentityIQ experience, strong federal identity governance knowledge, and collaboration skills with Government and PAM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), IAM, or ICAM controls evaluation.
• Hands-on configuration or administration experience with Okta IdP and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, access authorization, roles, and entitlement administration.
• Experience developing, documenting, or testing Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, exception approvals, and remediation processes.
• Familiarity with privileged access management concepts and CyberArk or comparable platforms.
• Ability to translate identity configurations into control narratives, testing docs, and audit evidence.
• Ability to collaborate with PAM, O&S, and Government organizations without owning external functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• DoDM 8140.03 baseline certification appropriate to privileged access responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate identity lifecycle management processes and auditable control points.
• Map roles, attributes, and entitlements to access governance controls.
• Assess RBAC/ABAC configurations and control effectiveness.
• Review SoD rules, exception approvals, and remediation processes.
• Coordinate with PAM, O&S, and Government organizations for evidence collection.
• Translate technical configurations into auditable control narratives and audit evidence.
• Prepare control assessment documentation and audit-ready evidence.
