Job summary

Spry Methods, Inc. is seeking an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) SME with deep federal policies and technical implementations.

You will design architectures, evaluate ICAM solutions, and ensure compliance with NIST guidance while supporting OSD/DISA stakeholders. The role involves Agile collaboration with a diverse SME team, contributing to current and future ICAM capabilities, supporting MFA, AD, and cloud integration, and guiding vendors to align with security roadmaps in

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• 15+ years in information security and identity management.
• 5+ years cloud services experience (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of FICAM policies, directives, and standards.
• Experience with IAM/ICAM in large-scale DoD/federal programs.
• Strong understanding of AD, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, ABAC/RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICAM standards, policies, and technical implementation recommendations.
• Translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ICAM enhancements, including FIDO2 adoption.
• Provide governance for MFA, encryption, and ADAC work streams.
• Recommend lifecycle management for emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with federal and commercial stakeholders on an ICAM roadmap.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to drive ICAM capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally across program teams.
• Author and review KB articles for ICAM program.
• Participate in risk management and mitigation activities.
• Engage vendors to align products with ICAM roadmaps.
