Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a senior ICAM Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities across enterprise, partner, tactical, and edge environments.

You will work with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Radiant Logic, and related platforms to enable identity lifecycle, entitlement governance, and data quality, with a focus on distributed and mission-partner contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years IAM/IGA/ICAM experience in government or regulated environments.
• Active or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
• Experience with IAM/IGA platforms and identity data management.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with AD/LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise IGA and Identity Data Management capabilities.
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic for identity lifecycle and entitlement governance.
• Develop Radiant Logic components, workflows, and provisioning policies.
• Extend identity services to mission partners, edge computing, and distributed environments.
• Implement and support JML processes, access requests, and certifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources into ICAM ecosystems.
