Candidates typically have 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's, or 6 years with a Master’s, up to 3 years with a PhD, and must hold an active Top Secret/SCI with poly; this onsite role requires five days on site, with compensation ranging from $147,200 to $220,800 annually.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or 3 years with a PhD; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with CBJB, NIP, or MIP.
• Experience with PPBE or IPPBE cycles.
• Top Secret/SCI w/Poly clearance required; U.S. Citizen for clearance eligibility.
• On-site requirement of 5 days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including funding documents, burn-rate analysis, independent cost estimates, and spend plans.
• Support operational execution within a government office.
• Develop enterprise cost models.
• Leverage IT systems to collect, monitor, and analyze budget allocations and execution.
• Provide clear and unbiased recommendations based on budget data, using Excel and related tools.
