Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Resource Manager to lead staffing for a large-scale National Intelligence program. You will partner with PMO, architects, and leads to ensure optimal staffing, capacity planning, and training coordination in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities include MVI scheduling, surge forecasting, and cross-team collaboration to deliver on contract baselines and targets while maintaining sustainable staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or information management.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with planning and implementing significant initiatives.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
• Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross-team planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain capacity profiles across all task orders (availability, PTO, training time, cross-team commitments).
• Adjust staffing to support new task orders, changing scope, or reprioritization.
• Support planning for Program Increments/releases with up-to-date capacity data.
• Monitor capacity impacts of non-development activities to ensure realistic commitments.
• Own the master MVI schedule across all task orders and align with calendars and constraints.
• Forecast surge needs and reallocate staff without compromising critical work.
